Parents Guide to Concussion in Youth Sports

This guide contains important safety information for parents. Since 2013, all youth sports coaches have been required to complete a Concussion Awareness training course. The Parents Guide helps promote additional awareness, and adds an extra layer of safety measures.

Lindsay's Law: Sudden Cardiac Arrest

Effective 2017 in Ohio, all parents, participant, and coaches are required to watch the Sudden Cardiac Arrest video. Parents & Children/Athletes are required to authorize the Sudden Cardiac Arrest form.
