i. 12U and younger: Bats shall be a maximum of 2 ¾ inches barrel, no drop size limit
ii. 13/14U shall be -5 maximum differential (can’t exceed -5 drop limit)
iii. Authorized USSSA 1.15BPF or USA certification is required for composite or alloy baseball bats (BBCOR certification is also acceptable for 13/14U)
iv. Must be free of damage, defects, and/or excessive wear.
NOTE: Bats labeled as "Tee-ball", "coach-pitch", and/or "softball" may be used in tee-ball and Coach-Pitch baseball only, but NOT 8U and older age groups (only bats with the approved baseball certifications may be used).
i. Must be marked “Official Softball” (must bear ASA 2000, ASA 2004, or USA Softball certified markings), and must not be listed on the USA Softball Non-Approved Bat list.
ii. Shall be no more than 34” long nor exceed 38oz.
iii. Must be free of damage, defects, and/or excessive wear.
