The Neobaseball Appeals Committee is appointed to discuss, investigate, and decide on potential issues that arise during season that are not specifically addressed in Neobaseball rules, regulations, and/or implemented policies.
Off season rule changes shall be addressed at the scheduled rules meeting, and shall be decided based on majority approval by vote of Neobaseball and participating community representatives (one vote per community).
All other matters would be addressed exclusively by the Neobaseball & Softball League Director (President).
